I have worked with over 3000 people as an educator, instructor and social scientist.
I have organised many seminars, camps and retreats over the past two decades, for personal development, wellness or community aid. It’s all about collaborative learning and experiential play.
My Ph.D. on humanitarian ethics and ideology explored what it means to “help” someone, and how our ideas of “suffering”, “compassion”, “humanity”, “humanitarianism” and “altruism” have evolved over time. Research has proven that our beliefs about ourselves, and the world, shape our ideas of hardship, scarcity, abundance and human bonds. Profound changes can occur when you delve into your beliefs, which is why I love coaching!
I have trained with world-renowned coaches like Anthony Robbins and Dr John Demartini. I also thrive on the wisdom of equally well-known meditation teachers such as Ajahn Brahmavamso, Deepak Chopra and Adyashanti. These teachers stress the mind-body connection. This explains why my Training Program combines mindfulness and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) with energy work for optimum results.
